Membership Policy
Plans and billing
Membership is $10.00 per month or $100.00 per year, billed in advance at the start of each term and renewing automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Manage billing on your Membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and you keep full access until then. We don't issue partial refunds for the remaining time when you cancel yourself.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, access is paused right away. If you update your card or rejoin within 14 days of the failed payment, you keep your existing price. After 14 days the membership ends, and rejoining uses current pricing.
Price changes
If prices go up, existing members keep their current price for 3 months after the change. After that, the new price applies from your next renewal. Price decreases apply from your next renewal.
Cancellation by Elevated Eats
If we end your membership early, we refund the unused portion of your current paid term, minus a 5% processing fee. Time already used isn't refunded.
Payment security
All payments, cards and invoices are handled by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Elevated Eats never sees or stores your card details.
